Sigma Nursing Global Regions

Sigma Nursing’s global community spans more than 100 countries and territories, connecting nurses through 600+ chapters around the world. Our regional structure helps members build local relationships while staying connected to a global community committed to nursing excellence.

Each Sigma Nursing region is supported by an elected, volunteer Regional Coordinator (RC) who serves a two-year term to help strengthen communication, collaboration, and engagement among chapters within the region.

Together, the 21 RCs form the Regional Chapters Coordinating Committee (RCCC), one of Sigma Nursing’s three standing Board committees. The RCCC works with headquarters staff to support chapter leaders, strengthen regional collaboration, and advance Sigma's mission around the world.

Interested in serving your region? Regional Coordinator positions are filled through Sigma Nursing’s election process.  The next election cycle will be held before the 2027 Biennial Convention.
