The Sigma board of directors consists of 11 voting members and the chief executive officer. The 11 elected voting members are the president, president-elect, vice president, secretary, treasurer, Regional Chapters Coordinating Committee chair, and five directors.
Elections for the board take place at Sigma's biennial conventions.
